每年, students apply to become Trinity Institute interns who desire to go deeply into learning about social and environmental justice issues as well as to grow as leaders. These students are engaged in 领导 for social change. While there are many models of 领导, we focus on principles of servant 领导, collaborative 领导 and community organizing skills.

Trinity Institute interns receive focused training and may enter 领导 positions in various social action group projects. 他们也可能提出, 开发, and implement new projects that aim to address particular social injustices. The interns are the servant leaders of the Institute, putting in the behind the scenes energy needed to keep things running.
